Corelle's Ultra line, seventy percent thicker than the company's other lines of tableware, is so durable that Corelle backs the dinnerware with a five-year warranty against breaks and chips. The increased thickness adds heft, giving a substantive feel of quality, yet Ultra still features the compact stacking for which Corelle is famous. Ultra is amazingly tough, considering the product is made of laminated glass, and, because the enamel pigments are fired onto the dinnerware, colors and designs won't fade or scratch off over time.

The Retro Tiles pattern features round white shapes with wide borders composed of rows of pink and gray mosaic-like tiles. Each tile is slightly off-kilter and imperfectly square, resulting in a playful quality that contributes a contemporary, casual feel to everyday dining.
